In order to book your room as part of the convention you will need to register using the Group Code "ZCA".   Registering without this code you may not receive the convention rate and negotiated extras such as included internet access.

Embassy Suites Hotel "Group" Rates:

Please note that the convention team has negotiated a great rate for rooms at the Embassy.  The base room rate of $119 is for a single adult which includes complimentary breakfast, manager's reception (drinks & appetizers) and free in-room internet access.   Additional adults are $10/night.  Children are included!

The Embassy Suites rate includes a deluxe two-room Suite with a sitting parlor, separate bedroom, microwave and refrigerator, complimentary high-speed internet service, in-room movies (for-fee), satellite cable & more. Parking is complimentary and wireless internet access is available at no extra charge to convention guests.

Cook-to-order breakfast is included in the room rate, as is a complimentary manager's cocktail reception from 5:30pm to 7:30pm - light snacks & beverages are included!

The hotel also has a sports bar that will be open later for convention week (~1am).  The Embassy Suites also offers complimentary shuttle service to local attractions.
