To reserve a room more than 365 days in advance of the convention, fill out this form and fax it to the hotel. 

Online reservations may be completed using the Hotel web page. When reserving a room online, you need to enter
"CAR" in the "Group Booking Code" box, then you will  see that the room is for the convention, and the rate  is $119 per night. The convention has the entire hotel reserverved for that week.

Hotel Room Rates:
 
Regular Rooms $119.00 per night   REDUCED room rate!!!!
Room upgrades  $30.00 per night
Suite  $165.00 per night

Notes : There are hotels like the Red Roof Inn among other no frills facilities that have rates around $100.00 per night.  There are also great B&B’s in the area. If you do not plan on staying at the Crowne Plaza, we recommend that you book your alternate accommodations as soon as possible.

Photography:

UniqueAngle Photography will be providing photographic coverage of the 2003 Fall Foliage Z Club Convention.  Photographic options will include digital and 35mm services. To ensure you get the event photos you want, sign up at Monday's registration at the Crowne Plaza.
